How to measure
- Back WidthMeasure the distance from one shoulder bone end to the other by passing the tape across your back.
- Chest WidthMeasure around the widest part of your chest with the tape.
- Sleeve LengthMeasure the length from your shoulder to your wrist, passing over the elbow.
